The fourth biennial exhibition of work by patients at St. Peter Regional Treatment Center, CHANGING MINDS IV is a showcase of visual, literary, and musical work produced independently and in the course of year-round workshops hosted by the Arts Center. Most of the work is for sale, and proceeds benefit the artists and the Arts Center.
