Leafling #2

About Artwork

A Leafling is a real leaf handpicked (and sometimes pressed) by me and embellished with non-toxic materials. It is meant to be wished upon and released back into the wild to work its magick. Some customers have burnt or released a Leafling in memory of loved ones, gifted one as a housewarming present, or left one at a gravesite or a favorite spot in a State Forest. Others have chosen to display them alone on a shelf, loose in a shadow box, or framed under glass. Each Leafling is fragile! Great care is taken to deliver it to you safely and in one piece.

About the Artist

Delayne is a self-taught artist currently living and working in Anoka, MN, and has sold her work as 'Mayfaire' for over 30 years at the MN Renaissance Festival. Her studio is part of the RumRiver Art Center and is open by appointment.
