In the spring Mankato Ballet Company features our Performing Company dancers in a full-length ballet. Past productions include Swan Lake, Coppelia, and Sleeping Beauty.
We are very proud to announce our 2024 spring repertoire production will be A Midsummer’s Eve. This version set by Riley Thomas Weber, Eryn Michlitsch and Benjamin Johnson is a three act version of the famous ballet which is based on Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Enjoy the whimsical story of an Elfin King, a Fairy Queen and several star crossed lovers who are tricked by Puck the mischievous elf. It’s fun, it’s funny, and wonderfully endearing!
